"I must give credit to Ms JoAnna for literally being the reason I decided to remain a State Farm customer due to the terrible service I received with a different State Farm agent/office in Killeen. Following, a horrific encounter on 6/12/26, with the (now former) agent himself; I was determined to make that the final encounter-and even leave State Farm Insurance entirely. I had only been a customer since 2026 the first impression of State Farm made in my experience was on of extreme unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior exhibited by the former agent, as well as a couple of the office staff during my time as a former client.
This is where Ms. JoAnna unknowingly saved the day! Despite it being a State Farm office, I decided to call this office to see if maybe they could at lease help me gain clarity about the same billing question which the previous office never provided the answer.
Ms. JoAnna was extremely kind, patient and even took time to bring clarity to my concerns-despite the fact that I was not even this office's client! That was the moment I ask her name and stated "You don't even understand how grateful I am that you took the time to clarify and actually cared. Whether or not, my policy is $1 or $1,000,000 dollars. You just made me want to stay with State Farm only if I can transfer to your office." Then Ms. JoAnna explained the transfer process.
Thank you Ms. JoAnna! You are a gem; knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service. I truly thank you for taking the time to research and clarify in 15 mins what was never resolved prior to your explanation. Looking forward to Mr. Bryce being my new agent based on my first encounter and assistance from you."
