"I must give credit to Ms JoAnna for literally being the reason I decided to remain a State Farm customer due to the terrible service I received with a different State Farm agent/office in Killeen. Following, a horrific encounter on 6/12/26, with the (now former) agent himself; I was determined to make that the final encounter-and even leave State Farm Insurance entirely. That was the moment I ask her name and stated "You don't even understand how grateful I am that you took the time to clarify and actually cared. Whether or not, my policy is $1 or $1,000,000 dollars. You just made me want to stay with State Farm only if I can transfer to your office." Then Ms. JoAnna explained the transfer process.
